Christopher Lemos

Chris Lemos focuses on the acquisition and stabilization of high vacancy assets. Mr. Lemos joined the BoaVida Group with over 4 years of commercial real estate syndication and operational experience in the private sector. As the Vice President of Assets at Jon Gibson Company, a privately owned and operated commercial real estate holdings firm, he managed both fiscal and operational aspects spanning a wide variety of asset classes including office, industrial and multifamily which consisted of both apartments and manufactured housing.

Prior to joining Jon Gibson Company, Mr. Lemos worked as an Economic Impact Analyst at New Economics & Advisory. There he conducted municipal feasibility studies for individual projects & specific plans and land use assessment. He also contributed to distressed asset acquisition assistance, environmental alternatives and demographic impact studies.

Mr. Lemos is a California native and grew up in San Jose. He graduated from William Jessup University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He also holds an Occupational License with the California Department of Housing & Community Development, a Manufactured Home Dealer’s License with the Nevada Housing Division, Arizona Department of Housing, New Mexico Manufactured Housing Division and the Michigan Bureau of Construction Codes.
